The feature-specific sub-class of Base
Perimeter Data, which describes the outline of a region that is used for
spatial indexing of Feature Hierarchies.
Used to distinguish sibling Feature
Hierarchy entries within a
Perimeter Related Features
aggregation.

Example
- The spatial extent of a thematic coverage might be divided up into a
collection of irregularly shaped tiles representing different countries,
such that the Features located within each tile
are organized into a separate Feature
Hierarchy.
