Rule Name: Attribute Set Table Size
Definition
All of the Attribute Set Tables within an
Attribute Set Table Group must be
of the same size; that is, all Attribute Set
Tables within an Attribute Set
Table Group must contain the same number of
Attribute Sets. However,
Attribute Set Tables within an
Attribute Set Table Group are free
to have different attribute objects from each other.
Rationale
This is a requirement in order to allow the
Attribute Set Tables within an
Attribute Set Table Group to be
interchangeable.
Example
- An Attribute Set Table Group
contains three Attribute Set Tables: one
for an Out-The-Window view, one for a RADAR view, and one for an
Infra-Red view. All three Attribute Set
Tables contain 234 Attribute Sets. Entry
234 in each Attribute Set Table contains
an Attribute Set for the representation of
"steel" in the three different domains.
