Class Name: Season
Definition
A season for which a portion of the SEDRIS transmittal is valid.
The season choices are the common ones - Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.
Because those terms are relative to the hemisphere you are in, the
start and stop months must also be provided.

Example
- Summer in the northern hemisphere, lasting from 21 June to 22 September
(any year). This would be represented as a Season
with season = SE_SUMMER, and a component
Absolute Time Interval with:
- Absolute Time Point, with year = -1
(any year), month = SE_JUNE, day = 21, hour = minutes = seconds = 0.
(This is the start point of the interval).
- delta_days = 93, delta_hours = delta_minutes = delta_seconds = 0.
