Rule Name: Perimeter Related Features Partitioning

Definition

  1. The regions defined by the components of a Perimeter Related Features object must not overlap.

  2. If the same Feature belongs to more than one of the components of a Perimeter Related Features, then the unique_descendants and strict_organizing_principle flags in the Perimeter Related Features object are both set to false.

Rationale

The regions should fully partition the topological surface.
