Definition

Summarizes a classification (i.e. a ECC and a set of EACs used with it) that is used within a transmittal.

An EDCS Use Summary Item aggregates a Classification Data and a list of Property Descriptions (i.e. the ECC and associated EACs) that defines an "overall" classification. An EDCS Use Summary Item can also have a textual description giving an abstract, human-readable description of this "overall" classification. This can be blank.
