Rule Name: Non Empty Model

Definition

A Model must contain either a Feature Model, or a Geometry Model, or both. If a Model has no Feature Model and no Geometry Model, then the Model is invalid.

Rationale

The DRM notation cannot enforce an "or" aggregation. Consequently, this business rule is required.
