This class provides a place for an FGDC-compatible description of a high-level SEDRIS object (e.g. Transmittal_Root, Model, Image, etc.) Description includes an abstract field, which describes what the object is, a purpose field, which describes how the object is intended to be used, and an additional field for any other information about the object.
