Definition
A bounded portion of a plane, defined by a set of three or more
Vertices listed in counter-clockwise order.
The final segment connecting the last Vertex
to the first Vertex is implicit, not explicit.
(The first Vertex is not duplicated to also
appear as the last Vertex of the
Polygon).
